Privacy:
Just as it should be, that's how we do it.
We strive to ensure that you are happy with our spots and services. We aim to keep our communication with you as easy, enjoyable, and relevant as possible. We treat your privacy as we would like to be treated ourselves. Yes, we collect personal data from you, but we ensure that it remains securely protected from unauthorized access. When we reach out to you, you will always find an easy way to opt out. That's really all you need to know. While we protect your data as much as possible, it is necessary to share your information with third parties, such as our payment, customer, marketing, and booking systems. This is logical, and without sharing this data, for example, we could not process your booking. If we contact you, you can always unsubscribe by emailing us.
That's our privacy policy, short and understandable.

- Mobile phone number: only for contact related to your booking/stay with us.
- License plate: so we know you can park in our private parking area.

- IP address: so we can recognize you and you don't have to enter your data again each time.

- Link to your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn profile
- Your (company) name on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- We track interactions, notes, and questions you ask through these platforms.
Nothing is as annoying as receiving continuous advertising in your mailbox that you have no interest in. Therefore, we retain data to get to know you better and better. This way, we can keep you informed personally about tips, new spots & services, and great offers. Increasingly tailored to what you want to know from us!
- Marketing messages: We are proud that we get to know you better and better. Making you happy with our spots is something we love to do. But... if at some point you don't want them anymore? Under EACH message, you can unsubscribe with just one click.
We value learning. Suggestions, feedback, and interactions are important to us. We retain your data to learn from them. We use this data to offer new services or open spots in cool locations. So we can make you even happier during your stay!
- Spotter satisfaction: We only want happy spotters. Therefore, we regularly ask if you are still happy with us. Just like in a real relationship, we want to know what we can do to make you even happier. Our goal is for you to be so happy with us that you want to tell the whole world about it. If not, we would love to hear your frustrations about our services so we can fix it for you. In addition, we use your suggestions and feedback to understand what matters to you as spotters. For example: we receive 10 ideas for things we can improve. Where should we start? Well, we like to follow the principle of majority rules. Of course, we cannot rely solely on this and jointly determine with our business goals what we can do. Together, we ensure even more and cool UrbanCamperSpot locations.
Finally: we don't want to bother you with questions before we can help you further. Or ask you for information you have already provided to us. That's why we use the data already known to us within UrbanCamperSpot to serve you optimally.
